Job Description

As a Salon Sales Assocaite at Moxie, you will be responsible for providing support to our team of stylists, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients. You will be checking clients in and out of the salon, as well as selling products and memberships. Communication skills and an outgoing personality is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering phones and speaking with clients professionally with a friendly attitude
• Greeting clients as they enter the salon and making them feel welcome
• Checking in clients and completing ticket transactions through our system
• Sell products, services, and memberships to our clients
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the salon
• Support the salon team in providing exceptional client experiences
• Experience or willingness to learn spray tan or makeup is a plus

• Excellent customer service & communication skills with high energy
• Strong teamwork abilities and commitment to collaboration
• Willingness to learn and grow within the salon environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
