Job Description

• We are expected explosive growth this year and are in need of people to grow with us.
• Flexible shifts working three 12 hour shifts and getting 4 days off. Shifts are either Monday-Wednesday or Thursday-Saturday.
• No need to have experience, we are more than happy to train you on everything you need to know while being paid.
• THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION

Job Duties*

• Determine the type of service needed for homes and execute pest treatments.
• Provide phenomenal customer service to your own customer base
• Practice superior safety habits according to company standards while driving and performing service.
• Organize daily routes based on location. (You'll get to know the Triangle like the back of your hand.)
• Resolve customer concerns with a calm, helpful demeanor. Communication is key
• Record services rendered, products used, and customer information.
• Maintain and communicate proper equipment/vehicle maintenance

Requirements

• Must be 18
• Driving record must have 2 or less moving violations in the last 5 years
• Background checks and drug tests before employment and randomly throughout (you are in a company vehicle)
• Ability to lift and maneuver 40lbs throughout the day

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
