Are you looking for an engaging and experienced marketing professional looking for a highly visible and hands-on growth role? As a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist at Mowery & Schoenfeld, you will play a key role in shaping our brand image and driving engagement with our target audience. You will be responsible for managing a variety of marketing, PR, writing, and social media initiatives to promote our brand and enhance our market presence.

You will be responsible for:

• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with chambers, associations, and media to ensure Mowery & Schoenfeld’s reach, including pitching presentations and articles.
• Implementation of strategic marketing and PR campaigns to promote Mowery & Schoenfeld and its subsidiaries.
• Planning and executing an engaging events calendar, both virtual and in-person, to generate buzz and drive brand awareness. Work alongside the Marketing Project Manager for events.
• Creating non-technical content, including staff bios, press releases, and social media posts.
• Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Support M&S Cares Program

As Mowery & Schoenfeld’s full-time Marketing and Public Relations Specialist, you must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload. Although most work can be done remotely, quarterly in-person meetings with the marketing team will be required.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, PR, events planning, writing, and social media management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in the accounting or related industry is a plus
• Experience with SEO and digital marketing is a plus
