We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Real Estate Wholesaling Acquisition and Follow-Up Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential wholesale properties, as well as diligently following up with leads to ensure a steady flow of opportunities. You will play a crucial role in sourcing new deals and maintaining strong relationships with sellers, agents, and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as databases, networking, online platforms, and direct marketing to generate leads and identify potential wholesale properties.
  • Property Evaluation: Conduct thorough research and analysis to evaluate the investment potential of properties, including assessing market trends, property values, and potential renovation costs.
  • Acquisition: Negotiate terms and agreements with property owners, agents, and other stakeholders to secure contracts for wholesale deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Follow-Up: Implement a strategic follow-up plan to nurture relationships with leads, including phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, to maximize conversion rates and deal closures.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, purchase agreements, and other legal documents related to property acquisitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, agents, investors, and other industry professionals to facilitate deal flow and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market conditions, emerging trends, and investment opportunities to identify potential deals and optimize acquisition strategies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to streamline processes, share insights, and achieve organizational goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek feedback, participate in training programs, and stay updated on industry best practices to enhance skills and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of real estate principles, market dynamics, and investment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
