OVERVIEWMovement Strategy is looking for an Account Executive to support our Account Director and Account Supervisor. You will report to the Account Director and work closely with members across departments. The Account Executive will play a key supporting role as part of one of our largest agency teams in managing the relationship between Movement and the client. This person will serve as an additional point of contact for the Account Team and help manage day-to-day communications, provide additional counsel on business needs, and ensure flawless social execution.The ideal candidate will have a passion for entertainment and social media, strong communication skills, and a knack for building robust relationships. We prioritize professional growth and development, offering continuous learning opportunities and a supportive atmosphere that empowers our teams to push boundaries and deliver exceptional results.KEY FOCUS AREASClient Relationship Management (20%):Support the Account team in learning and understanding the clients business and play a meaningful role in client service.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships within day-to-day communication and meetings.Develop an understanding of client goals and business objectives to drive campaigns effectively.Participate in key internal and external meetings to proactively understand how we operate and work as a team.Project Coordination & Management (60%):Support the Account Supervisor and Account Director in collaborating with internal teams (creative, production, media planning) to develop and execute social-first creative content and campaigns.Lead in conference report development and deliver to clients.Scheduling internal and external meetings.Partner with the Project Management team to manage multiple projects from inception to completion.Support Account Supervisor with follow-ups to help keep workflows moving and meet deadlines.Ensure all client deliverables are produced on time and meet agency standards.Provide cross-functional support for the wider team by acting as a key player in supporting logistics and materials development, including but not limited to agenda setting, conference reports, and project task setup.Campaign Strategy and Planning (20%):Work in collaboration with the Strategy team to support the development of comprehensive social media and campaign strategies aligned with client objectives.Contribute insights and market research to inform campaign development.Stay on top of industry trends and reports to bring valuable insights to internal and external teams.QUALIFICATIONS2-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or advertising.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles within an advertising agency.Strong understanding of advertising principles and marketing strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.Background working with large brands, in entertainment or with people is a plus.Demonstrate sound judgment, initiative and an interest in creative problem solving.Confidence giving feedback, leading meetings and presenting recommendations to clients.IDEAL QUALITIESYoure proactive and naturally curious about the digital and social space, constantly looking for opportunities to improve the work and businessYou are passionate about the work you do and treat your clients business as if it were your ownYou make others jobs easier (no matter who they are or what they do) and are someone that others can rely onYou create a positive and open environment when around othersYour attention to detail is unmatchedYou know how to work at the speed of socialYou lead with positivity and empathyYou have a diverse and inclusive perspectiveYou make an impact on the work, company and cultureYou enjoy the journey through passion, camaraderie, and balanceYoure a people person - youre a natural connector and your friends affectionately refer to you as a social butterflyBenefits & PerksMovement Strategys approach to the future of work: We embrace a remote culture and empower our employees to work wherever they feel most productive.
