Movement Athletics is Hiring a Gym Manager & Community Growth Professional (PT) Near Pasco, WA

Our Gym Manager & Growth Specialist oversees the growth activities, oversees employee development, scheduling, payroll within our fitness organization. This includes membership sales, promotional activities and general administration with the aim of driving the business forward. The Gym Manager & Growth Specialist reports to the owner.
Responsibilities and Duties:

The responsibilities include meeting with prospective clients, and providing them with the necessary information about the organization while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Establish a CPR and AED Training for instructors to comply with industry standards.
Reach out to Leads Phone Calls / Texts.
They work to maintain the existing clients.
Grow Existing Gym Membership.
Grow Personal Training Membership
Answer phones, handle any complaints and make sure everything run smoothly in the gym
Ensuring all equipment meets safety standards
Managing staff, including recruiting, hiring and training new team members.
Reviewing data about class attendance to identify opportunities.
Payroll
Scheduling
You work together with other organization employees.
You prepare various packages to meet the needs of a diverse clientele.

A fitness sales associate has knowledge of the gym and fitness industry.
They have excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills and are dynamic.

Has a strong business background and good communication skills.
