Primary Purpose
Execute all aspects of sourcing, recruitment, selection, and onboarding of Hourly employees.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing utilizing various recruiting platforms and targeted recruiting - ATS candidate management and dispositions.
- Participate/Coordinate career events. Identify Hourly open positions – that generate awareness and increase foot traffic for qualified applicants.
- Candidate Selection/Onboarding - Candidate review, salary parameters, candidate onboarding experience.
- Data Recording - reporting (Active Agency Crewing Report, active crewing report, temp roster with rates) and metrics tracking.
- Promote a culture of safety, encouraging all to follow company protocols.
Qualifications
- Associates and/or Bachelor degree required/Internal candidates may qualify with proven 4 yrs. Leadership/Supervisory experience in lieu of education.
- 5 - 7 years of experience; Proven and/or effective Talent Acquisition experience with large volume recruiting.
- Recruiter Certification, SHRM Certification.
- Proven competence with HRIS systems, preferably Oracle ORC.
