Currently looking to hire a retaining wall specialist for our hardscaping company.

You are expected to have a basic understanding and ability of the following:

Site set-up, bobcat operation, brick masonry, horizon alignment, stonework and working safely and effectively.

Added bonus is if you have prior experience in excavation, retaining walls, sea-walls concrete, equipment operation, hardscape installation, outdoor building.

We lift heavy things, we do heavy work, we do what needs to be done by hand if the space to utilize heavy equipment is not available. Work ethics must be solid, and efficient.

Must take pride in their craftsmanship.

Must be able to work alone or with a team.

Must be willing to travel up to 50 miles for work with own transportation and basic tools. We will work with the right person to get them set up with the tools they need if needed. We will compensate for use of any and all tools and vehicle use on jobsites.

There is an opportunity for advancement within the company. The right person will be needed to lead our outdoor hardscape crew once vetted. We are a hard-working culture that can solve spontaneous challenges while remaining professional. We do not allow our staff to swear, smoke, drink, or do any drugs while on the jobsite and dealing with other staff and clients. Your jobsite professionalism does matter.
