Currently looking to hire crew members for our growing hardscape company.

We expect our crew to think on their feet, foresee issues, and adapt to deliver for the client and the company. You will be asked to wear many hats and be agile within a growing company.

There is an opportunity for advancement within the company. The right person will be needed to lead our outdoor construction crews once vetted. We are a hard-working culture that can solve spontaneous challenges while remaining professional. We do not allow our staff to swear, smoke, drink, or do any drugs while on the jobsite and dealing with other staff and clients. Your jobsite professionalism does matter.

We lift heavy things, we do heavy work, we do what needs to be done by hand if the space to utilize heavy equipment is not available. Work ethics must be solid, and efficient.

Must take pride in their craftsmanship.

Must be able to work alone or with a team.

Must be willing to travel up to 50 miles for work with own transportation and basic tools. We will work with the right person to get them set up with the tools they need if needed. We will compensate for use of any and all tools and vehicle use on jobsites.

You are expected to have a basic understanding and ability in construction, equipment operation, and work safely and effectively.

Added bonus is if you have prior experience in excavation, retaining walls, sea-walls concrete, and carpentry, equipment operation, landscape installation, outdoor building, and general construction.
