Currently we are looking to fill the vital role of Telemetry Technician.
Job Summary:
- Recognize and communicate changes in a patient’s cardiac rhythm
- Ability to properly position and troubleshoot telemetry monitoring equipment
- Ensures that monitors are functioning properly
- Demonstrates effective communication skills
- Typically reports to a registered nurse or supervisor
Qualifications:
- Must hold current Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA), EMT, MA, or equivalent.
- BLS Certification is required within 30 days of hire.
- Pass the required cardiac telemetry class and associated test within 45 days of hire
- One (1) year of experience and familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of a CNA, EMT, or equivalent preferred.
