Currently we are looking to fill the vital role of Licensed Practical Nurse.

The Licensed Practical Nurse shall be responsible for coordinating care of the patients, assists in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician. Interviews patients, measures vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height), and records information on patients' charts. May be required to draw and collect blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis. Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
The LPN is responsible for assessing, and evaluating the nursing care needs of patients and for correlating the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and policies.

Requirements:
• Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Utah. *If licensed in a compact state a Utah State license must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Basic Life Support-Health Care Provider (BLS) card required within 30 days of hire.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills as well as demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills are also required.
• Must be emotionally mature and able to function effectively under stress.
