Responsible for coordinating nursing care for Radiology, and Interventional Radiology. in accordance with policies and procedures of the nursing dept. Responsibilities include overseeing unlicensed employee activity, synthesizing patient information, assessment of patients, planning care/intervention, patient teaching, and family. Implementation of treatment in radiology, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, IR and cardiology with physician, and nursing direction. The RN must communicate effectively and collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure safe and effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired outcomes. RN with current state license. Must have at least three years clinical experience as a Staff Nurse in a comparable area.
