Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others and contribute to the overall success of our healthcare facility.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various nursing duties including but not limited to:
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring vital signs and patient condition
- Assisting with medical procedures
- Providing patient education and support
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Ensuring accurate and timely medical documentation
-You would also be over our infectious disease program
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Valid nursing license
- Proven experience in IV insertion and venipuncture
- Previous experience in an emergency room (ER) setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and body systems
- Ability to accurately assess patients' conditions and provide appropriate care
- Proficient in taking vital signs and interpreting results
- Excellent medical documentation skills
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of [X] years of nursing experience (may vary depending on position)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly
