Some Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:

• Oversee the nursing department in the absence of the DON.
• Reviews staffing at the change of a shift, and assigns and replaces staff to meet resident care needs.
• Complete patient care rounds, coordinates patient care rounds, coordinates admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Requirements: Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license

RN Supervisor can start as early as NEXT WEEK!
