Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice Homecare On Call for After Hours

An Excellent Opportunity
- Responds to calls from patients, families, caregivers
- Provide direct nursing and supportive care for the terminally ill patient
- Perform late day admissions and tuck-in visits. Recognize, report, and document changes in patient/client condition
- In this position you will be on-call during the scheduled hours, and be available to visit patients just in case there is urgent physical and psycho-social issues during after-hours.
- 5p – 8a Monday - Friday
- Rotating Weekends
- Valid Registered Nurse License
- BLS Certification Valid Driver’s License
