immediate goals and interventions, based on nursing diagnosis - C
ommunicat

with hospice staff members and other facilities as needed to coordinate
optimal
care and use of resources for patient / family members
- Provide
direct
nursing and supportive
care
for the terminally ill patient

-hour shifts, Saturday, Sunday and one day during the week
- Valid Registered Nurse License
- BLS
Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
