Mountain Sleep Diagnostics is Colorado's premier Sleep Disorder Testing Company. We have 8 locations across the state. We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator for our busy practice. We are looking for a candidate that enjoys a fast paced environment that has a patient first attitude. This position requires a high-level of customer service skills to include problem solving communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with computer applications.
This postion is located in our Brighton office reporting to the Operations Manager. Primary job duties include time on phone scheduling patients as well as collecting necessary information from patients and ordering physician offices. The ability to work both independently and as a team member is a must. You will need effective time management skills and have the ability to not only multitask, but also prioritize your daily duties. Paid training is provided.
Bilingual candidates that speaks fluent Spanish are highly encouraged to apply.
Pay based upon experience.
-Knowledge of scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling procedures.
-Attention to detail updating patient records to include demographics, insurance, and during scheduling.
-Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner at all times.
-Communicate detailed information and answer patients' questions regarding procedures, appointments, and equipment.
-Excellent customer service skills to include both verbal and written.
-Collect payments and update charts as necessary. Basic math skills.
-Demonstrate self-motivation, self-direction, organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to deal with a high level of stress in a professional manner.
-Process strong computer skills and typing.
-Experience with EMR required.
