Responsibilities

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the safety of patients, staff, and visitors
• Record and monitor vital signs, weights, measurements, intake and output, and food consumption of residents
• Lift, reposition, or transfer residents when necessary to ensure their safety and comfort
• Assist clients with feeding and serve meals to those who require assistance
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure the safety and cleanliness of all residents
• Provide patient-centered care that prioritizes safety
• Assist residents with daily hygiene tasks such as showering, bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning bathrooms to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Attention to detail and physical dexterity
• High school diploma or GED
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Commitment to patient safety
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Completed criminal background check and drug test
• Willingness to undergo training
