We specialize in roofing systems including metal, shingles, coating, and single-ply roofing. Our services are available for commercial and residential locations.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced estimator/project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the estimation process for roofing and renovation projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in bids, and crew supervision.

Duties

• Manage and prepare project bids
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine accurate costs
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
• Collaborate with Sr. project manager and production manager to review and finalize bids
• Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase
• Provide safety training to the production crew
• Supervise production crew to ensure quality control, safety practices, and timelines/deadlines are met.

Requirements

Proven experience in roofing and renovation estimation and project management

Strong knowledge and experience in cost control, pricing, and contract negotiation

Proficiency in bidding and job cost analysis

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to meet deadlines

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have a valid and current driver’s license

Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 pounds

Must be able to climb roofs, bend, kneel, and work in various weather conditions

Must be able to travel to Tucson 10% (maybe less)

Full-time, exempt position.
