Mountain Property Watch, LLC is Hiring a Quality control inspector Near Breckenridge, CO

Responsibilities :

  • Perform thorough examinations of homes for cleanliness and damage.
  • Conduct and report home inspections evaluation forms
  • Implement and improve quality control operating procedures, staging, and stocking of homes.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems, defects, maintenance, security, safety, and cleanliness issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist housekeeping team with cleaning and laundry duties
  • Communicate with clients as needed to gain approval for purchases and maintenance needs.
  • Purchase and deliver products that need stocked
  • Assist with with light bulb and battery changes.
  • Help with trash pickups, disposal and hand shoveling- snow removal.
  • Other duties as needed and assigned.
  • On Call and weekend availability required

Qualifications :

  • Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Some heavy lifting, 50 lbs. may be required.
  • Comfortable using ladders.
  • Safe driving record
  • Have reliable transportation that can be used for the work area throughout Summit County.
