**Job Overview:**
We are seeking dedicated summer support staff to join our preschool and childcare team and provide a nurturing and educational environment for young children. The ideal candidates should have a passion for early childhood education and creating a safe space for children to learn and grow.
**Duties:**
- Helping implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's physical, emotional, and intellectual growth
- Support a safe and supportive learning environment for all children in your care
- Engage in active supervision and engage students in routines that promote learning, play, and rest
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being
**Experience:**
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare, classroom, or similar setting
- Some knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong skills to engage and guide young learners
- Experience in special education, early childhood education, babysitting, or nannying is a plus
- Ability to provide infant care and support the individual needs of each child
