We have an opening for a:

RN Nurse Coordinator Remote in Helena, MT Area

The Registered Nurse Coordinator covers reviews in the Lewis & Clark, Broadwater, portions of Jefferson, and portions of Cascade (including part of Great Falls) Counties of Montana and is responsible for completing assessments to determine the necessity of services and authorize total time for ADL and IADL tasks for Medicaid Personal Assistance Services (PAS)/Community First Choice (CFC) in a member’s living environment. The work includes documentation, including impairment levels, environmental restrictions, and level of competency to direct care according to set policies and procedures. Initial reviews are completed on-site in the member's home. Annual reviews can be completed over the phone from the comfort of your dedicated home office but may also require an occasional on-site visit.

This position requires travel by personal car to locations in Lewis & Clark, Broadwater, portions of Jefferson, and portions of Cascade counties in Montana to complete in-home assessments, reliable home internet, current Montana Registered Nurses license, and experience with home health, hospice, or long-term care is preferred. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, no on-call, and offers a robust benefit package.
