Contract Support Specialist

(Hybrid/Onsite in Montana)

We are looking for a Contract Support Specialist to join our Patient Services Division. As a Contract Support Specialist you will manage incoming calls, customer service inquiries, and program referrals for all programs identified in the Medicaid Utilization Management Contract. Responsible for identifying, assessing, documenting, and resolving customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction, escalating issues appropriately and timely when necessary. Under the direction of contract managers, this position will process referrals for program specific responsibilities, maintaining accurate & current resource materials, and assisting/supporting the completion of contract requirements.

The successful candidate must perform quickly, efficiently, be highly productive and able to focus while multitasking. The position requires good oral communication skills, excellent customer service skills, proficient computer and typing skills. Medical terminology or experience is preferred. This position is available for hybrid, or on-site work with a target compensation of $18.00-$20.00.
