Summary
The Assistant SBA Loan Documentation Specialist will assist with a variety of processing and closing functions, including review of submitted documentation for completeness and accuracy, and ensuring all due diligence of each loan has been met in accordance with the SBA Authorization and in compliance with the Bank’s internal loan approval and policies. This position coordinates with Business Development Officers, SBA Underwriters, Credit Administration, and customers to ensure all documentation is in place prior to underwriting or submission to the SBA. The Assistant SBA Loan Documentation Specialist is also responsible for remaining current on SBA Standard Operating Procedures, compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, and applicable state and federal banking regulations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to remain in a stationary position and operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a multi-line telephone, copy machine, scanner, fax, and computer printer.
