We are Hiring HVAC Retrofit Installers!

Looking for someone with 1 year or more of HVAC experience or a combination of education and experience who is looking for a company to call home and grow their career.

Position: HVAC Retrofit Installer

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00, Depending on Experience Spiffs/bonuses

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

What you will be doing:

• Installing primarily residential and some light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, ducted and ductless systems
• Sizing, fabricating, and installing ductwork
• Low voltage control wiring of thermostats and accessories
• Refrigerant application with line sets brazing and implementation of AC and Heat Pump Systems
• Installing and testing gas pipe
• Offering customers additional options that will improve their in-home comfort

Qualifications / Skills:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 1 years of HVAC Installation experience
• Residential Retrofit experience desired
• EPA Universal Certification, or we will help you obtain it once employed
• NATE Certification or willingness to acquire once employed
• Able to install residential and light commercial equipment
• Good understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, and wiring diagrams
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Air balancing principles and techniques
• Excellent customer relation skills and an open mind to think outside the box
• Pass background check & drug screen
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School desired
