WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Looking for a mature, well spoken, competent, cool under pressure, soothing yet dynamic front desk/spa coordinator role encompassing multitasking, customer care, cleaning, spa attending, laundry management, supply replenishment, financial transactions, assisting therapists, offering tours, and product sales – a pivotal role ensuring seamless spa operations.

SKILLS NEEDED:
Key skills include high level of maturity, excellent customer communication, a calm, kind demeanor, eloquence in interactions. The ideal candidate thrives on multitasking, is detail-oriented, organized, sharp minded, self-motivated, and enjoys staying active. A team player with strong awareness of others' needs, exceptional time management, computer proficiency, problem solving, ability to complete tasks quickly, not afraid to get their hands dirty, and a quick learner. We value individuals comfortable conversing with a variety of people, embodying a diligent work ethic, and respecting the understanding that they are here to contribute to a thriving spa environment, not just pass time waiting for guests and calls.

REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. -Experience and competency with computers.
-A flexible schedule that allows you to cover for others in times of need or step in during extra busy events.
-Competency with phone calls and in person conversation’s.
-Impeccable hygiene and a strong commitment to adhering to our dress code standards, which include maintaining a professional appearance in terms of hair, nails, and overall grooming that aligns with the image and requirements of the position. A uniform may be required.

SHIFT DETAILS/HOURS:
The position is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and on call as needed.

Tuesday 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Wednesday 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Thursday 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Additionally, would need flexibility to cover additional shifts with occasionally emergencies where others may be ill, out of town, or if we have special events.

(11 hours minimum plus as needed)

OPPORTUNITY DETAILS:
Hiring immediately. This position includes a 90-day trial period during which your performance and fit with our team will be assessed. Successful completion of this period may lead to a pay increase and a permanent offer based on exceptional work and alignment with our values.

BENEFITS:
Pay begins at $15 per hour, higher depending on experience. Future pay increase opportunity based on performance.
