Mountain Crest is Hiring a Maintenance Director Near Cincinnati, OH
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all equipment, buildings, and grounds
- Manage maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and expenses
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget
- Identify and recommend equipment upgrades and replacements as needed
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed
- 3 years of experience in Long Term Care maintenance management
- Must have knowledge and experience in basic wall, flooring and painting repairs.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to lead and manage maintenance team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
