Mountain Alarm, a Pye-Barker company, is hiring for a Acquisition Trainer in our Ogden branch.

Position Summary: The Acquisition Trainer will provide complete training to share expertise in ways that motivate our new locations. This position will promote efficiency and help develop the skills of personnel who are new to our company. Our ideal candidate should have a positive and helpful attitude, knowledgeable in how to organize and lead trainings, and display a quickness to learn new processes and systems.

This position will require travel 1 to 2 weeks out of the month - locations vary.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct and lead trainings during acquisitions
• Support new acquisition team members for months to follow with questions and provide additional trainings as needed on-site and remotely
• Willingness to learn and understand of multiple operating systems
• Assist in helping maintain service ques with questions and /or issues
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Required Skills:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Previous experience providing training(s) to staff
• Ability to travel within the US
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Time Management Skills
• Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well organized
• Basic computer knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must read and speak English
• Must have a valid Driver's License
