The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care on the unit, distribute medications, and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the C.N.A. staff. Your work must be in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Unit Manager and/or the Director of Nursing Services to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. The Unit Manager and/or Director of Nursing Services has the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
