The Mount Sinai Patient Service Representative is an integral member of the health center’s multidisciplinary team. The Front Desk team member will report to the health center’s Practice Manager.Patient Service Representative is an integral member of the health center’s multidisciplinary team. The Front Desk team member will report to the health center’s Practice Manager.
The Front Desk Concierge is responsible for facilitating patient access to services and addressing all questions and needs for patients – before, during and between visits to the health center. As we provide a wide range of services to a variety of clients, this individual will play a key role in understanding and building relationships with each individual they serve and providing an exemplary customer experience.
The ideal candidate is a polished communicator who speaks Spanish fluently and enjoys delighting our patients with a positive experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
