Job Title : Residential Counselor Evening Shift

Reports to : Residential Director

Location : Bennington, Vermont

Salary from $17.50hr

Residential Counselor Summary :

• Provide supervision and support for youth, including role modeling appropriate behavior / interactions, redirection and crisis management.
• Teach and assist youth with life and social skills.
• Work as a team to support youth and build healthy relationships.
• Engage students in activities, including arts and crafts, playing games, doing outdoor activities and much more.

Qualifications / Requirements :

• High school or GED required
• College preferred
• CPR preferred
• OR the equivalent of 1 years of full-time experience working with children.
• OR any combination of credits in human services & experience with children that totals 1 years

Other Requirements :

• Valid driver's license preferred & 21 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States (Required).
• Satisfactory completion of background and applicable pre-employment checks.
