Grounds Maintenance Crew and Cemetery Caretaker

We offer a regular weekly work schedule and year-round employment; competitive pay and benefits. On-the-job training is provided, and opportunities to learn different skills are available.

Our weekly schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We work year-round, regardless of the weather.

Our cemetery employees perform a variety of tasks including:

• Burial set-ups
• Interments and entombments
• Memorial and Marker installation and maintenance
• Irrigation of cemetery grounds
• Maintenance of cemetery grounds when needed
• Other cemetery, groundskeeper, and landscaping duties as needed.

To perform the job, you need:

• Dependable and reliable attendance
• Enjoy working outside
• Current Texas driver's license with a insurable driving record
• Ability to communicate with our customers
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Prior large equipment experience will be helpful but is not required. Training provided for specialized tasks and equipment operation.
