Warehouse Coordinator - 2nd Shift - White River Jct. VT

This position ensures all aspects of the next day’s deliveries are accurate and fully filled to the expectations of our entire customer base.

Warehouse Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Inventory Manager to ensure all next day’s deliveries are accurately keyed into the inventory available, run reports and update orders as necessary.
• Re-calculate the pricing on all orders for the next day and print next day’s orders by route, coordinate with transportation on the how and when to print certain routes.
• Import orders, and confirm all freight (including BOLs) is up to date.
• Provide WMS support for the warehouse, this will include some problem solving skills of inventory issues, scanning issues, software issues to ensure invoicing orders will be accurate.
• Review all out of stocks on every order, use software to confirm potential receiving of product, if necessary complete a physical confirmation by checking warehouse for product.
• Re-key in any appropriate subs for orders to keep the flow of the warehouse pick moving smoothly Invoicing all orders including freight 
• Resolve all issues in WMS and before invoicing ensure all product is scanned and picked 
• Double check any check weight orders to ensure accuracy, such as but not limited to, verify all invoices have been picked and invoiced on each route, prep and organize all invoices by route for transportation to confirm, attach credits, review all out of stocks with Night Manager, as well as, any other needs or responsibilities the company feels are warranted, run a daily dispatch report at the end of shift to confirm existing orders have been invoiced.
