Production Supervisor - Leominster, MA

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Team!

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading a Team in day to day production operations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the cutting team - organizing layup room, along with the dry oven, large and small autoclave & hot press prep.
• Scanning and maintaining documentation.
• Ensure instructions are followed and storage of materials according to program.
• Training new hires.
• Meet production goals.
• Responsible to meet KPIs and production goals. Handling waste materials and flow of materials.

Production Supervisor Requirements:

• Previous production experience.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Must have attention to detail
