Part time Administrative Assistant-South Burlington, VT

Pay: $18-$19 per hour 

Hours: 4 hours per day, Monday-Thursday, 8-12 with some flexibility.

Duration: temporary 

Administrative:

• Data entry
• Research contact information for community leader database
• Research short bio information on community leaders
• Assist with team scheduling
• Assist with communication with area non-profits for sponsorship invoice processing
• Scan documents
• Order materials from Print Shop
• Maintain spreadsheet and assist with tracking benefits of sponsorship of community events
• Maintain calendar of various major events and meetings.

Financial:

• Enter invoices into financial system
• Follow up on sponsorship payments and track in spreadsheet
• Review detailed activity report expenses for accurate cost center | employees
• Enter reimbursement information for team members 

Event:

• Assist in gathering materials for sponsored events
• Assist in organizing returned items from events
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks related to implementing community forums
• Assist with inventory of branded items

Qualifications:

• Basic Office skills – particularly excel. (No formula knowledge needed)
• Confidentiality a must
• Great attention to detail and exceptional follow-through required
