Mount Family Group, LTD is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Williston, VT
Our Client is looking for a Maintenance Technician for Direct Hire in the Burlington VT area for their property management company.
Pay: $24 p/hr
Duration: Direct Hire
Shift: 8am-5pm M-F
Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:
- Performs minor or routine maintenance or repair daily
- Adhere to all maintenance and purchasing directives as per management/company policies
- Continually inspect property, record deficiencies, report to Director of Maintenance and/or Property Manager
- Responsible for complying with safety regulations
- Responsible for completing all required paperwork in a timely manner
- Ability to fill out documents using a phone or tablet is a must.
- Report accidents and emergency situations to the Property Manager immediately
