Web Production Specialist - HEALTHCARE

Our client, a leading health care company dedicated to revolutionizing the industry, is looking for a Web Production Specialist to join their creative marketing team. In this position you will play an intricate role in creating web experience for an array of audiences. This role is responsible for the day-to-day updating and maintenance of the organization’s websites and manages content from multiple internal departments. Please note that this role does not write/create the actual content that is handled by other teams. A candidate with experience within healthcare, who has knowledge of open enrollment and Medicare would do exceptionally well! This role will have regular engagements interacting with content producers and stakeholders.

Location: 100% Remote! – Candidates must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah to be considered.
Contract duration: 6 months.
Pay range: $38.00 - $43.00/hr. DOE.

Key Responsibilities for the Web Production Specialist:

• Test and validate content and work with content stakeholders to implement that content into their systems.
• Will enter content into content management tools and workflows.
• Connecting documents and applying work in CMS and Excel.
• Manage content from a variety of sources and coordinate with cross-functional teams to publish content.
• Execute quality assurance on all content prior to publication.
• Format content, edit copy, update existing content, and publish to the web using a CMS.
• Educate content partners on web-based tools and processes through verbal and written communications.
• Establish, maintain, and enforce daily, weekly, and monthly web content production schedules, working closely with other members of the content team.
• Work with various stakeholders to ensure that website content meets both business and user needs.
• Manage projects as assigned including project scoping, web page creation, updated navigation, integration, and QA testing, etc.).
• Ensure content meets brand and regulatory requirements.
• Manage web request queue, and website feedback.
• Seeks out and incorporates customer feedback.
• Create, retain, and implement daily, weekly, and monthly web content production schedules, working closely with other members of the content team.
• Oversee web request queue, and website feedback.

Requirements/Qualifications for the Web Production Specialist:

• A bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field is highly preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in website content production is required.
• 2 years’ experience with JIRA.
• Previous project experience focused on digital content creation, and project reporting.
• Preferred: Experience with healthcare content pertaining to Open Enrollment, Medicare, Healthcare.
• Experience managing content production in the website, mobile app, and digital media work spaces.
• Proven proficiency with HTML and MS Office Application. (This includes Excel)
• Familiarity with AP Style.
• Familiarity with modern design principles and importance of corporate branding standards.
• Ability to interface with Stakeholders to locate and pursue content.
• Must have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while remaining adaptable and organized.
