Responsibilities:

• Oversee our contract records repository database to ensure it stays current and relevant
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and contract managers on projects in the hardware, software, and services areas (both sales and procurement) as well as support litigation and antitrust projects
• Support the legal teams through legal research and analysis
• Aid the company's legal operations to run efficiently and effectively, and communicate those efforts
• Candidate should have strong organization, leadership, and communication skills and an ability to create written documents with high quality and efficiency, as well as teach, advise, and inform internal department employees and supported business and engineering groups regarding completed and in-process projects

Preferred Skills:

• Must be pursuing a J.D.
• Experience with Google suite preferred
• Experience with a collection management database system preferred
• Detail-oriented and organized individual
• Good communication and people skills

• Candidate must be pursuing a minimum of a J.D. with graduation on or after December 2024
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
