If so, then we have an exciting opportunity for you! Motorcycle Maxx is currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Motorcycle Sales Associate.

In addition to a competitive salary ranging from $24,000 to $60,000 per year, we offer performance-based bonuses that provide you the opportunity to earn even more. You can get great benefits such as health, paid time off (PTO), workman compensation, and paid holidays.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

You will work 5 - 6 days per week, depending on the season. Your primary responsibility will be greeting and assisting customers who visit our dealership. You will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse clientele, listening to their needs and providing expert guidance to help them find the perfect motorcycle and accessories. We value knowledge and expertise in the motorcycle industry, so being well-informed on the latest models, features, and accessories is essential to excel in this role. Building strong relationships with clients is a cornerstone of our business, and as a Sales Associate, you will have the chance to establish rapport and trust with customers, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout their purchasing journey.
