MotorCity Casino is Hiring an ENGAGEMENT AND SUCCESS SUPERVISOR Near Detroit, MI

The Engagement & Success Supervisor will design, implement and manage programs, processes, and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and increase employee satisfaction.
The successful candidate will act as an employee advocate and will cultivate a workplace culture of inclusivity, respect, accountability, and engagement.
The position will manage all aspects of employee events, and promotions, including creative production, budgeting, entertainment, talent fees, contracts, photo shoots, guest lists and venues.
Manage and coordinate required resources and timelines for cross-functional initiatives.
Establish and manage employee communications and activities calendar.
Ensure that all activities and deadlines are communicated to supervisor and Executive Committee.
Communicate with employees on a consistent basis across multiple mediums, including multimedia newsletters, announcements, and special communications.
Drive and communicate company culture working in alignment with the leadership team, company mission, and core values.
Ensure that budgets are submitted and approved for events and that appropriate purchase requisitions and check disbursements are obtained consistent with company policy.
Ensures that company policy, goals and objectives are being adhered to and works in the best interest of the company.

Minimum three years’ direct or related experience in employee event planning and communications experience
One year supervisory or management experience
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suites (or any other alternative deemed appropriate).
Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or other related fields (or any other alternative deemed appropriate).
