Are you a finance professional with a passion for Power Sports/Motorcycle and the ability to provide exceptional customer service? Do you have experience working in the automotive or powersports industry and a thorough understanding of financing and lending practices?

MotoMember is seeking a Finance Analyst to join our team! As a Finance Analyst, you’ll be responsible for working closely with our sales team and customers to provide financing and insurance solutions that meet their needs and budget. You’ll have a deep understanding of lending practices, credit scoring, and loan origination, and will be able to provide expert advice to our customers.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. You’ll work in a fun and dynamic environment, surrounded by other powersports enthusiasts who share your passion for the open road and the thrill of the ride. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of our organization.

Duties:

1. Oversee and direct the business office operational activities related to providing finance, insurance, and extended service programs.
Produce acceptable levels of revenue and profits for the dealership by selling finance, insurance, and extended service programs to new and used Powersports customers.

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated “closing skills”.

- Knowledge and experience with sales of F&I products, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

- Able to work effectively and courteously over the phone.
