Company DescriptionMotocol is recruiting for our clientJob DescriptionResponsible for multiple mid-sized scale projects with hands on project management experience on QNXT, ICD10 implementation and project teams to deliver business solutions and services. Defines project charters, project planning, project scoping and project delivery. Contributes and improves project management methodology, working within the IT-PMO project management group to translate business requirements into a technical design strategy for implementing the application or solution. Coordinates with Technical leads and developers and various teams, to plan, design and implement.QualificationsRESPONSIBILITIES:Should be able to manage 4-5 mid-sized projects simultaneously.Develop project plan, risk mitigation strategy, traceability matrix.Develop project budget and tracking to the budget.Employs best practices and standards and has understanding of the key project metrics.Should be comfortable managing changing & completing priorities.Should be able to manage difficult stakeholdersShould have strong analytical skills and must be able to ramp up quickly to the application domain and company processes.Should have experience developing presentations and presenting them to senior executivesShould be able to improve existing processes and create new processes for efficiency and to improve quality.Should have some technical application development background to understand the requirements and design of the project to engage the right resources and provide accurate estimates.SKILLS:Must have 3 -5 years of experience managing projects related to healthcare.Experience with QNXT.CRM experienceSharePoint experience is a must.Great Interpersonal SkillsExcellent Communication SkillsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.PMP CertificationNICE TO HAVE:SDLC knowledgeAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Contract 6 Months Rate $70/hrCandidate needs to be EAD, Green Card and US Citizen No OPT EAD Prefer locals
