Motivate LLC is looking for Drivers to operate our vehicles for the purpose of relocating and servicing bikes throughout the city’s bikeshare system. In this role, you will load and unload bikes into a vehicle and change out batteries and other basic components on the electric bikes (eBikes). As a Driver, you will be committed to maintaining our high standards for service and safety. About the Role Operate a company vehicle to transport and replace batteries and other basic components on bikes throughout the bikeshare system Communicate with management throughout your shift using cell phone/radio Use smart phone apps to complete tasks and for assigned routing Load and unload materials from vehicles at the start/end of shift Perform pre/post trip inspections for every vehicle trip, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report vehicle issues to management Always follow safe driving and work practices, adhering to all workplace policies About You You have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record You are comfortable using a smart phone and apps to complete tasks You are comfortable driving a large vehicle (such as a cargo van), stopping, and working in busy outdoor environments and have a working knowledge of the area's geography/street layout You are dependable, know how to follow a schedule and complete assigned tasks You can easily follow instructions, respond to management direction, and ask questions to improve performance You can lift to 75 pounds; stoop, bend, sit, or stand for long periods of time About Motivate Motivate LLC is a best-in-class service operations and logistics company, delivering bike share services to some of the largest urban environments in the US.
