As the Engineering Manager, you'll be pivotal in steering product development and shaping the technical direction of our offerings. Your leadership will guide our agile engineering team, converting product strategies into a seamless and iterative technical delivery approach, while also staying actively involved in coding. We seek a candidate who is motivated to make a substantial difference within our innovative organization, which prioritizes innovation and provides a scalable SaaS solution. This role is fully remote. Required Skills & Experience

• 7 years of development
• 2 years of managerial experience
• Java (Javascript/react)

What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities

• 70% leadership
• 30% hands-on
