A leading asset trading company located in downtown Boston is currently seeking a Principal Developer who excels in designing, architecting, and developing top-tier code across multiple cloud platforms. This individual will hold a senior role as a key contributor within their advanced blockchain-based marketplace trading platform, focusing on development and architecture. The role entails a balance of architecting and hands-on development. However, the developer should be capable of solely serving as a principal-level architect or developer as needed, either focusing on individual projects or spanning multiple initiatives.

You should be adept at distilling architectural design work from development, conducting thorough analyses, generating options, and providing recommendations within SCRUM/project teams. As circumstances dictate, you may seamlessly integrate into development teams to implement recommendations based on priority. Your expertise should allow you to navigate various technologies and projects, remaining relatively agnostic to specific tech choices. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering diverse architectures, spanning trading to real-time web platforms, with a strong emphasis on incorporating best practices such as serverless/lambda/functions architecture. You should possess deep knowledge of design patterns conducive to highly scalable, high-performing, secure, and resilient designs. Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in computer science, or a related field.
• 7 years of development experience
• Experience with Angular 2
• Heavy middle tier and back-end development experience with C#/.NET.
• Experience with Microservices and scalable solutions.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, OR Google Cloud Platform.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with trading platforms or financial software.
• Experience with Angular 7 .
