An incident response company HQ'd in the Greater Philly area is looking to hire a full-time Technical Lead. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to be hands-on with all aspects of Network Infrastructure, serving as the final escalation point for several technicians. You will be hands-on with Cisco and Palo Alto technologies (routers, switches, and firewalls), SD-WAN, M365 suite, Azure, VMware, and other Microsoft technologies.

They're looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering top-notch solutions to their clients. You need to be a strong jack-of-all-trades that has experience in mentorship or leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in network infrastructure technologies
• Hands-on experience with Windows, M365 suite, Azure, Virtualization, Cisco and Palo Alto technologies
