Summary of Position:

This position will be responsible for assisting customers with product issues via phone and email.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support phone and emails within an assigned targeted answer rate
  • Remote support and resolution of inquiries involving troubleshooting, and usage of the equipment
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions for microscope issues, mechanical and electrical
  • Provide basic customer sales support and initiate return authorizations
  • Occasional travel to customer sites for on-site troubleshooting and customer training
  • Work with Business Unit Managers, Sales Managers, and Operations Manager to provide Customer Service to Motic’s Customer base
  • Perform other duties as requested

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a customer service or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, vendors, and customers
  • Enjoy troubleshooting and problem solving in a fast paced and dynamic environment while maintaining a friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Must be able to work independently and with a team
  • Willing to work occasional late hours as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
