Summary of Position:
This position will be responsible for assisting customers with product issues via phone and email.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support phone and emails within an assigned targeted answer rate
- Remote support and resolution of inquiries involving troubleshooting, and usage of the equipment
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for microscope issues, mechanical and electrical
- Provide basic customer sales support and initiate return authorizations
- Occasional travel to customer sites for on-site troubleshooting and customer training
- Work with Business Unit Managers, Sales Managers, and Operations Manager to provide Customer Service to Motic’s Customer base
- Perform other duties as requested
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 years’ experience in a customer service or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, vendors, and customers
- Enjoy troubleshooting and problem solving in a fast paced and dynamic environment while maintaining a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Must be able to work independently and with a team
- Willing to work occasional late hours as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
