Position: Newborn Care Specialist

About Us:

We are on the lookout for an experienced and nurturing individual to join our team as a Newborn Care Specialist. Our commitment is to create a warm, loving, and supportive environment for both infants and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Providing care to newborns, including feeding, diapering, and soothing
• Monitoring the baby's health and development, and reporting any concerns to the parents
• Maintaining a clean and organized nursery
• Assisting with the mother's recovery, including providing emotional support and guidance
• Educating parents on newborn care and providing resources and support as needed

• $53.00 for Criminal Background Checks with the FBI/GBI (we will be the one to conduct this once hired)

Other Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in newborn care
• Must be able to pass Newborn Care Quiz with 80% mark
• Knowledge of baby-led weaning, breastfeeding, and sleep training
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
