Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in residential settings and occasional commercial settings. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing a clean and safe environment will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals properly
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
• Assist with floor care tasks, such as stripping, waxing, or scrubbing tile floors
• Handle special cleaning projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred but not required
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
• Valid drivers license and vehicle
• Willing to travel from approximately Morrisville to Clay (Most often FM/JD/Syracuse/Liverpool areas)
