We are looking for an experienced Natural Health Retail Sales Consultant to join the Mother Earth Natural Health team. The ideal candidate will possess an interest in natural health solutions and be committed to promoting high quality products.
Job Position: Retail Sales Consultant (FT)

• Greet customers, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate products based on their individual needs
• Utilize software during customer conversation to direct you to the appropriate products
• Answer customer questions regarding the efficacy of different options, ingredient lists and levels of potency, possible side effects, and dosing instructions as detailed with our recommendation software
• Learn about natural health alternatives and have a thorough knowledge of all products we offer
• Monitor inventory levels and provide regular reports to store management as needed 
• Maintain cleanliness standards in all areas of the store according to company policies
• Participate in special events and promotional activities such as trade shows or fairs

• 3 years experience working in retail sales or customer service
• Must be able to work independently and maintain daily tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of natural health products and therapies; must be able to discuss product contents with customers (training provided)
• A strong understanding of customer service principles with proven ability to provide excellent customer service at all times
• Excellent verbal communication skills as well as attentive listening skills to understand customer needs fully
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail; ability to keep accurate records of sales transactions is essential
• Creative problem solving capabilities; must be able to think outside the box when it comes to finding solutions for customers

• Availability: Start immediately.
• Position: Permanent
• Working Conditions: Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds.
• Hours: 35-40 per week.
• Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 / hour.

• Must be available to work 5-6 days per week, during hours of operations.
• We are open on weekdays from 11am-6pm and on weekends from 12pm-5pm.
• Closed all major holidays.
• Schedules are typically posted 4 weeks ahead.
